Stockland Banksmeadow

Canopy Consulting provided arboricultural support for Stockland Banksmeadow from the Preliminary Arboricultural Report stage through to project completion, helping manage tree constraints across planning, approval, and construction.

Canopy’s role began early, identifying tree-related constraints and providing advice to support planning and design. As the project progressed, that advice carried through into tree protection requirements and construction-stage management.

By staying involved across the project lifecycle, Canopy helped ensure that tree protection measures were not treated as isolated documentation, but as part of the way the site was managed during delivery.

This type of project shows the value of continuity. Tree issues do not end once a report is submitted. They need to be managed through design changes, approval requirements, construction activity, site access, and final delivery.
